Mr. Smith doesn't waste your time with a lot of fluff, instead he packs a relatively short book chock full of really useful information. One look at the appendix is enough to assure the reader about the veracity and thoroughness of Mr. Smith's research. Although, you can also judge that for yourself based on the clear intelligence and thoughtfulness that comes through in his writing. I highly recommend this book, it is a best read for all nutrition and health enthusiasts.
